Eagle Cliff Mine Cabin Discover the Eagle Cliff Mine

Travel to one of the best preserved miner’s cabins in Joshua Tree National Park on a secluded plateau in the heart of the Eagle Cliff Hills with Mark Wheeler. The class will explore the rugged hills traveling 6 - 8 miles through moderate terrain with some steep sections and possible rock scrambling.
Queen Mountain Queen Mountain: A View from the Top

Queen Mountain lies off the beaten path, unmarked by trails, waiting for those who desire adventure. Mark Wheeler will lead the class cross-country to the top of Queen Mountain in this all-day field class. Participants should be prepared for a strenuous eight-mile hike with possible rock scrambling and a minimum elevation change of 2,400 ft.
