The fitness level of each class are as different as the subjects we offer. Most of our courses require some hiking during field trips in the park. The level is determined by multiple factors elevation gain and loss, distance, time of year, pace, and terrain. Remember the desert may be hot, dry, rainy, windy, and sometimes cold. It is imprtant for your enjoyment that you select the class that matches your finess level.
